Cancellation Policy

To best serve all guests, 48 hour notice is required for cancellations, no shows, or change of services booked.

We understand life happens but we also want to allow enough notice to fill openings since this is how our stylists make their living. If running more than 10 mins late for your appointment, stylists have the right to reschedule the service (this would also be considered a last minute cancellation), so please try to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We respect all of our clients time and would like to honor everyone’s scheduled appointment time.

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a $25 per service missed appointment fee. (Ex: Partial Foil & Haircut would be a $50 charge) This charge will help us account for the stylist’s lost time on their schedule.

Refund Policy

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. We are happy to work with you to adjust any service you received within 2 weeks of the original service. Please notify us within 48 hours of that preformed service if any adjustments are needed. Refunds, exchanges, or credits are not offered for salon services.

If seeing one of our independent stylists, you will be required to allow them to make any adjustments to the preformed service as they see fit and Maven Hair Company will not be held responsible.

All product sales are non refundable, but if for any reason you are dissastfied with the product we are happy to exchange within a week of purchase for an item at equal value.



Children Policy

We do perform hair services for young children but we do ask that children not accompany parents to their appointments when not receiving a service themselves. This is due to many safety issues of unaccompanied children in the salon such as: hot tools, sharp objects, and chemicals that can be very dangerous for young children. Thank you for your understanding with this matter.
